The Rose Essy Group

Before moving to Vail with her family, Rose and her husband, Patrick, owned and operated a chain of very successful family-oriented bowling centers where she served as the Vice President. She was able to stay involved in the daily business and offered her knowledge to the success of the business.

In addition to her involvement in the daily operations of the bowling centers, their business allowed them to move around the country where they bought and sold homes for their family. This is where Rose discovered her love for real estate; the interaction with people and engaging in the excitement of finding the perfect home for her family was truly rewarding. By taking her experience as a homeowner, she is able to personally relate to the emotion and appreciate the details of what today's homeowners are looking for.

Rose moved to Vail with her husband and their two children after vacationing in Vail Valley for over 20 years. They along with their dogs have turned a dream into a reality and enjoy all that Vail has to offer and spend time giving back to the Vail community.

Brian and I have been coming to Vail for over 13 years, and realized its where we want to eventually retire. We had done some online research ourselves, but had no idea which realtor to go with. We were on a number of Vail realty distribution lists (by virtue of our interest in Vail), so we randomly picked one which we had used for rentals in the past and sent an email asking for help with our purchase. Having no response after two days we chose you based on the fact you appeared to be "more personal" and were very responsive to our initial interest expressed on your web site. It was a Sunday night when I sent you an email, but within 10 minutes of me sending it, we got an email in return. We were pleasantly shocked. From that point forward you have been nothing but helpful, responsive and a pleasure to work with.

We went through our interests, and you set up a portal through which we could see what was available based upon our criteria. After an initial filtering we asked to come spend a weekend here to check out properties, your offer of having us stay in your condo was wonderful. It took the stress away from having to find a place on short notice that we could afford. We spent two whirlwind days with you, looking at over 15 places, but due to your sense of what we'd be interested in, we were able to find a place that we love. On the third day we did a final review our choice and had the paperwork done by mid-day. We couldn't believe it "we were buying in Vail!".

The closing process, even though we did it remotely, was as simple as could be. Your Teams advice on getting a mortgage was invaluable. Following his advice we were easily able to get a mortgage and consolidate with our existing mortgage, and now we have two homes and pay less a month than we did before!
